  • High ability to organize, develop, and achieve production efficiency.
  • Leadership and professional personality.
• #Bakery_Chef
  • Specialized in European and Arabic baked goods and pastries.
  • Experience in operating ovens and professional baking.
  • Full mastery of hygiene and quality standards.
• #Pastry_Chef
  • Creativity in Western and Eastern sweets.
  • Skill in decorating and presenting items elegantly.
• #Feteer_&_Roqaq_Chef (Feteer is a type of layered pastry, Roqaq is thin bread)
  • Specialized in Roqaq, Feteer Meshaltet, and traditional Egyptian pastries.
  • Experience in manual preparation and baking on a griddle or oven.
• #Turkish_Baklava_Chef
